       TEACHING EXPERIENCE

                      Art and Photography Teacher, The Dwight School | New York, NY | 09.94 - 06.96

                      International Baccalaureate Eleventh and Twelfth Grade Art and Design Instructor
                      Designed and implemented an IB Art curriculum to prepare students for the highly
                      advanced end-of-the-year IB examination.
                      Included: painting and color theory techniques and concepts, figure drawing, collage,
                      mural design, and history of art.
                      As well as: assisting in set design of school plays and primary school art classes.
                               -The IB Program is a demanding pre-university course of study
                               that leads to an official examination. It is designed for highly
                               motivated secondary school students aged 16 to 19.
                               The Students may receive college credit upon completion. The IB
                               level is similar to an AP curriculum and is recognized internationally.

                      Photography and Eighth Grade Art Teacher
                      Created the Dwight Photography Department and curriculum.
                      Included: camera use, black and white darkroom technique, and history of photography.
