Definitions of Resell Rights Licenses:
Transferable Private Label Rights – You are granted permission to resell the product and a non-
transferable private label rights license to each of your customers. This right is not passed on to your
customers. You are also granted permission to make any changes you wish to the product including but not
limited to: adding or removing content, breaking it apart into separate products including articles, selling it
for a profit for whatever price you wish, offering it as a free bonus, or adding it to a paid membership site.
Furthermore you can offer any type of Master, Full, or Non resell rights license with it along to your
customers.
Non-Transferable Private Label Rights – You are granted permission to make any desirable changes
to the product including but not limited to: adding or removing content, breaking it apart into separate
products including articles, selling it for a profit for whatever price you wish, offering it as a free bonus.
This ebook cannot be added to membership sites, to auctions sites. Furthermore you can not offer any type
of Master, Full resell rights license with it along to your customers. You must not offer the product in any
form of editable format besides providing specific links or areas that can be rebranded by your customers.
You must include the NON Resell rights license you grant your customers along with your customer’s
purchase
Master Resell Rights License – You are granted permission to resell this product to as many customers
as you wish. This right to resell is passed on to each person who buys a copy of this product from you. You
may resell this product for any price you would like to. You may also include it within a package, offer it as
a bonus item, include it within a paid membership site, or sell it from any auction web site. You may not
give this product away for free unless it is offered as a bonus item to a product or package you are currently
selling.
Full Resell Rights License – You are granted permission to resell this product to an unlimited amount
of customers. Your customers who purchase this product from you will not have any resell rights granted to
them. You may also include it within a package, offer it as a bonus item, include it within a paid
membership site, or sell it from any auction web site. You may not give this product away for free unless it
is offered as a bonus item to a product or package you are currently selling.
Non Resell Rights License – This product is provided to you for your personal use only. You are
not granted any type of resell rights to this product and may not resell it. Neither are you granted
any permissions to give it away for free.
