KBT Elects New Officers, Hensley to Chair
Greg Hensley, Louisville, Hinkle Contracting Corporation, has been elected chair of Kentuckians for
Better Transportation. He succeeds J. Kevin Westray, Bowling Green.
Other officers are first vice chair, Charles "Skip" Miller, Louisville Regional Airport Authority; second
vice chair, Mark Willis, Lexington, Burgess & Niple, Inc.; secretary, Mike Agee, Nashville, Rogers
Group, Inc.; treasurer, Charles Lovorn, Frankfort, Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors; and
director at large, Paul Toussaint, Lexington, Kentucky Transportation Center.
Elected to the Board of Directors were Alan Bernard, Leitchfield, Mid-Park, Inc.; Barry Barker,

KBT works with opinion leaders on the local,
regional, state and national levels to encourage
the development and maintenance of a safe,
interconnecting transportation system with
adequate highway, airport, rail, riverport, and
public transit interface to enhance future
economic growth. The alliance includes in its
membership industry, business, chambers of
commerce, local governments and development
