    How do social media sites come into play in discovery?
    Are there any record retention issues?
    Should law firms and clients implement written policies that address social media sites?
    Should they use social media tools to review the credentials of job applicants?
    How can social media sites be used for monitoring networking activities of others (e.g., employees,
     competitors, clients, opposing parties in litigation)?
    Is ―tweeting‖ and the like permitted from the courtroom?

DEMONSTRATION: For attendees who are newer to online social media platforms, there will be a brief

demonstration from 6:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with a question and answer session, on how LinkedIn , Facebook

and Twitter work.
