Project           :   TCIS is the State of New Jersey's web based application to review, track applications, and certify
                      prospective applicants. Its main functionality is to to support and streamline The Office of Licensure
                      and Credentials’ business processes, process applications and fees, provide guidance to applicants
                      and pre-screen candidates, perform document management, facilitate process flows, and integrate
                      the functions of the existing computer systems into a single relational database management
                      system.

                   TCIS ONLINEED is a web based Online system to allow prospective educators to register, apply for
                   new certifications online, re-view their current credentials and check the status of their applications.
                   This online application has been designed for access from a remote personal computer (PC) via the
                   Internet.

     Involved in full Project life cycle design and development . Worked on Analysis, Design, and Development of TCIS
       application for the State of New Jersey. Managed a team of various disciplines (programmers, database developers,
       network administrators, graphics designers)
     Involved in user requirement gathering, with communicating with DOE Licensing and Credentials staff, collecting user
       requirements, design requirement document, leading the meetings etc.
     Designed data conversion plan (ETL) for converting the data from DEC Alpha system and the Access databases into
       Oracle database. The legacy data includes 6 files from the DEC Alpha system and 4 Access databases.
     Phase 1(a) data conversion (ETL) - Designed and developed Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, SQL Loader scripts
       and Perl scripts for data conversion from the legacy system into the TCIS Oracle database.
     Phase 1(b) data conversion (ETL) – Designed and Developed data conversion scripts for converting the second set of
       data. This conversion will retain the data already entered into the TCIS application and only the latest information will
       be imported based on certain conversion rules.
     Designed and developed Oracle OLAP Data Cubes using Teachers Certifications data. Involved in designing and
       developing cubes using Oracle OLAP and Oracle BI Beans 9.0.4. Oracle JDeveloper was used to build OLAP reports,
       including management of Metadata using EUL repository, business area, simple and complex folders.
     Involved in developing the Routing Rules for application routing. Once the application entered into our system and
       satisfies certain conditions, the application will be routed to an Examiner based on the routing rules. All the routing
       rules are table driven.
     Involved in Design and developed TLAP Process (Teachers Licensure and Application Process). Every month the NJ
       colleges send the number of people who received the training and applying for Teachers Certification in Access
       database format. Our TLAP Process will extract the data from the access database. Based on certain certification
       rules, the TLAP process will Issue the certificates for eligible candidates or deny the application.
     Designed and developed Death file match process – Every year State of New Jersey will receive the death records
       from Social Security Administration. Our process will import the data and based on certain matching criteria, we will
       update our database.
     Designed and developed ETS load process – Every month State of New Jersey will receive the test scores from ETS.
       Our ETS load process will download the files from the FTP site and load the data into our system using certain
       matching criteria. All the matching records will be loaded into our database and unmatched records will be stored in a
       separate table for DOE review.
     Designed and developed Certificate Printing Process – At the end of every day, all the issued certificates will be sent to
       the Certificate Printing Process automatically via email.

         information from Peoplesoft and transfers to the Resumix and PRISM applications. Worked on fine tuning production
         Peoplesoft SQR’s, that will extract Employee key information and populates few custom tables. Involved in setting up
         SQR environment in different locations to enable users to run the SQR programs.
        Involved in setting up a staging database for Hewitt Interfaces, and writing stored procedures, SQL Loader scripts and
         UNIX shell scripts to automate the interface loading process.
        Duties also include, perform daily maintenance of both development and production databases for Resumix and
         PRISM and application servers, user maintenance, periodically applying patches, monitoring daily, weekly, monthly

         received.

        Involved in tuning the database for better performance.
        Involved in designing and developing an archiving mechanism for ETC Module (Electronic Toll Collection - EZ-Pass) in
         RAAS System. The client wants to store the data for 14 months in the database. After 14 months, client wants to
