       On behalf of the management staff and associates at LakeRidge Country
Club, we would like to express our gratitude for considering us to host your
event. Our entire team strives to make each event a special one. From the first
tour of our property, to the menu planning and décor, we are here specifically for
you.

       LakeRidge Country Club has the facility to host any type of event,
whether it is for 2 or 200 people; we have room for you. Our Clubhouse boasts a
beautiful view, overlooking the golf course and estates, from all of our meeting
rooms.

       Relax and let us take care of the details; we pledge to suit all of your
event’s needs. We can provide you with audio/visual equipment, as well as
assist you with the room layout. Our professional staff is committed to the
special attention to detail we believe is necessary for accommodating your
personal entertainment preferences. Upon request, we will be pleased to provide
special linen and tableware services. Our staff wants to make every dining or
social experience at LakeRidge Country Club one of memorable and exceptional
style.

       Our own Chef has carefully selected each menu item to serve as a guide to
help you plan an event that will cause your guests to rave about the
extraordinary cuisine and presentation. Please keep in mind that these are
merely suggestions, and we always welcome the opportunity to customize a
menu.
            General Information & Policies

Food and Beverage Policies: All food and beverage items must be purchased from
LakeRidge Country Club. No food or beverage may be brought onto club premises
without prior permission from the Banquet Director. Exceptions will be made for
birthday or wedding cakes. Left over food may be removed from the premises at the
sole discretion of the Chef and arrangements must be made with the Banquet Director
prior to the event. LakeRidge Country Club assumes no liability for the quality or
condition of food once removed from the premises, or for any harm that may result from
food being improperly stored or handled while off Club premises. A service charge of
18% is added on all food and beverage sales and a sales tax of 8.25% on all food and
labor. All price quotes are subject to the “++” which represents the service and sales tax
charges. An “inclusive” price quote is one, which includes the service and sales tax
charges.

Confirmation Policy: Menu selections are required a minimum of 14 days prior to the
function. We request your confirmation of the guaranteed number of attending guests
48 hours prior to the date of the function and can accept no changes after that
confirmation. The final guaranteed number must be equal to or greater than the
minimum guarantee stated in the agreement. In the event that no final guarantee is
received, the original expected attendance or actual attendance would be used. Payment
in full is also required at the time of your guaranteed number of guests.

Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds: The room booked, size of party, menu selections,
and management’s discretion, will determine deposit amount. As a general rule, the
initial deposit equals 30% of your estimated final bill. The amount deposited will be
applied to final payment of the function. If cancellation of a function is unavoidable,
written notification is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date. If a
cancellation is made with in the 30 days leading up to the function, or if the event is a
holiday party, wedding reception, or weekend event the deposit will be retained by
LakeRidge Country Club as liquidated damages.

Prices: Due to market conditions, menu prices are only guaranteed for 30 days prior to
the event.

Equipment Rental: A minimal fee of $35.00 will be charged for the use of each piece of
LakeRidge’s audio/visual equipment; including screen and DVD/TV combo. In the
event that LakeRidge does not own the equipment you need, we would be more than
happy to rent it and adjust prices accordingly. We also have the following items
available for use, however additional charges may apply.
