hospital services across Herefordshire and in
some parts of Wales in the UK. In April 2011,
Hereford Hospitals NHS Trust operates its
business along with NHS Herefordshire and
Primary Care Trust Provider Services and Adult
Social Care formed Wye Valley NHS Trust and
generated an annual turnover of GBP160.0
million with an employee base of 2,500. The
trust serves three meals per day to patients with
a choice of individual’s cultural and dietary
needs. In addition, the trust’s County Hospital
offers a range of food and beverages including
soups, salads, hot and cold snacks, desserts
