Since the purchase of Banjo by IDEX, Banjo's lead times have become an issue for some customers.
This has opened the door for Green Leaf.
Another advantage Green Leaf has is the ability to custom package and label product for the
Ag Retail market, Banjo has yet to offer this. One area where Green Leaf struggles against Banjo
is in the Ag OEM and Ag Distributor markets, specially with the actuated ball valves, flange/manifold valves
& fittings. Another area in which Green Leaf is at a disadvantage is
with IBC components, however, Green Leaf has made headway with Bonar & Snyder.

Green Leaf competes directly with Norwesco on Cam Locks, Poly Valves, Poly Fittings, and Tank
Fittings. In most cases, it is difficult for Green Leaf to be competitive with a distributor of Norwesco due to
price. If the distributor sells Norwesco tanks, they get fluid flow products very cheap, which makes it
difficult to compete. One small advantage Green Leaf may have is availability on our domestic product.
Green Leaf has no advantage on any import product either in price or availability. Norwesco also has a
$1500 pre-paid freight program. When we have matched the, we have gotten some business.

Poly Ball Valves. Kuriyama is like Norwesco, if a dealer or distributor carries the hose, they get very good
discounts on the cam locks. In most cases, Kuriyama can beat Green Leaf on cam lock prices. Main
advantage for Green Leaf is our cam lock locking mechanism.
