Scene 1, Little Child eat food before his father come back.
1. Clock shows 6 o'clock. Dusk out side. Cars run very fast.
2. Children walk to kitchen after see clock, then take out few food and put them
into Microwave.
3. Children take out food, go to dining room.
4. Children eating food along. Always see clock when he eating food.
5. 10 minutes past, Child don't see clock anymore, just eat food.
6. Child wash dish by himself.
7. After wash, child set dish back, then go beyond window watch outside with
his hand hold head......
8. We can see the children desponding face from window.
Scene 2, Father comes back home.
1. (Fast scene) Sun comes down, sky getting dark, light getting more and
more.
2. Father come back, he change his shoes after throw his bag on floor.
3. Father comes to bathroom directly, after a show, he come out.
4. Children dress up then open the door of his room. He waits outside his room
when he sees the light in bathroom is lighting.
5. Father comes out from bathroom then he sees his son standing outside door.
Father wake to his son and make him a little smile even he is very tired.
6. (LS, father squat, son back to the door) Father Wakes to his son, touching
son's hair after went down. He asks his son:
“Why you haven't slept now?”
“I am waiting for you dad!”
Dad smile and touch son's hair again, ask:
“You know I come back very late every day, why you still waiting for me?”
“I just have one question! May I ask you?”
“Ask, please!”
“En……, how much you earn per hour?”
“Would you tell Dad why you want to know this?”
Son takes a think after lower his head,
“En……because……because……”
Son just prevaricates for a while, but he still doesn't answer that question. He
upper his head and with an imploring look to his father.
“Would you tell me how much you can earn per hour, please~~~”
“If you think that is necessary for you to know that, I will tell you. Dad can earn
20 euro per hour”
“Oh Dad, then……would you…… would you…… give me 10 euro please?”
Father get very angry now, he stand up and say:
“You ask me this question at this time without sleep, just want to ask me for 10
euro, than buy some dungy things? Get back to your room right now and take
a think why your Dad work so hard every day! You just know to ask money
without sleep on time!”
Father gets very angry.
Child still want say something, but when he see his father is very angry, he just
go back to his room full of grievance and close door gently.
4. (CS, face to father) Father shake his head slowly with a sign, then turn back
his body……
Scene 3 Father calm down
• (father go back to the living room, angrily) The father seated in sofa , opening
the TV and turning down the volume.
• The father looked at the picture flashing on TV, changed the channel
absently. As he was tired, he leans against the sofa, touching his forehead and
pondering.
• After a while, he calm down, sitting up from the sofa. After the father thought
about something, he took out his wallet from his pocket, and then took out 10
euro.
• He walks up to his son's room.
Scene 4 the father gave 10 euro to his son
• (in front of the son's room) the father opened the door gently.
• (in the son's room) the father asked lightly:
“Sweet heart, are u asleep?”
After a while, he heard his son sniff slightly and say:
“Not really, dad. I can't go to sleep.”
And then, the father turned on the light.
• The father saw his son was covered by a quilt; his eyes opened and looked at
him.
• The father's face became soft, looking at his son deeply concerned. He
walked up to his son's bed and sat down. He put down 10 euro on the bedside
cabinet and turned about to his and said:”Sorry, my dear. I am too serious to
you. This is what you want. ”
• The son said gladly:”Thanks, dad!” he turned about and found out his coin
box under the pillow, counting…
• The father saw his son take out a lot of coin beneath the pillow, getting
confused. The father can not help to scowl at his son when the little boy
counted money. But he still looked at his son, even he felt puzzled.
(The son) ” One, Two, and Three …”
• Finally, the father lost his temper. He stood up from the bed frowning and
saying angrily:” You have already got money, why you still want more?”
• At this moment, the child looked at his father, tears in his eyes. Spoke in a
choking voice:” Sorry, dad. I have saved the coin a long time, now I have 20
euro. Dad, may I buy you one hour? Tomorrow, Can you go home early? I'd
like to have dinner with you…”
