1. Analog design engineer (Sr. & entry levels) IC 模拟电路设计工程师
Solid integrated circuit and solid state devices knowledge
Strong problem solving capability
Good engineering discipline with team work spirit
Specialties in some areas of PLL, high speed circuit design, I/O design, LVDS, ESD,
ADC/DAC, mixed signal design, CMOS switching regulator and noise reduction
are the plus
MS degree in EE or relevant area (or BS degree with 3+ years experience)
2. Digital design engineer (Sr. & entry levels) IC 数字电路设计工程师
Solid knowledge of semiconductor logic design and flow.
Strong analytical and problem solving capability
Good understanding of video and communications systems.
Experiences with protocols of DisplayPort, analog VGA, HDMI, Fibre Channel,
USB and PC Express are a plus.
MS degree in EE or CS (or BS with 3+ years experience)
3. Mask design engineer (Sr. & entry level) IC 版图工程师
Sr. Place and Route engineer with 5+ years experience in real submicron product
development.
o Proven the independent capability to handle multi-million gate design projects.
o Strong analytical ability and debug capability
o Familiar with common P&R tools
o BS in EE or CS is required.
Layout Engineers
o Good skills at analog/mixed-signal layout using Cadence tools.
o Familiar with major CAD tools for DRC/LVS.
o 2+ years experience is required.
o A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is a plus.
4. Software engineers 软件工程师
Responsibilities
o Provide technical expertise in design, develop and maintenance of GUI
hardware debug tool and GUI OEM customization tool
o Develop firmware for new products
o Work with hardware development team to bring up and debug new product
o Customize firmware to suit OEM’s need
Requirements
o MS in CS or EE, or BS plus 4 years of related experience
o Familiar with PC hardware, MS Windows OS as well as embedded system
o Solid background in C and C++ (experience with x86's assembly is a plus)
o Familiar with VC6
o Extensive experience with user interface development using Win32 API
o Experience in firmware development (preferably 8051 and Keil C)
5. Sr. Testing engineer 自动测试工程师
Familiar with ATE product testing procedure, program development, program control
Experiences with ATE systems HP93000, D10, J750, SC312 are a plus
Proven experiences of Independently developing testing programs and supporting full
loading production
Good skills to communicate with testing house and filed engineer
Experience with high speed circuit and mixed signal design is a plus
MS in EE or CS with 4+ years experience or BS with 7 years experience
6. Product engineer (Sr. & entry level) IC 产品工程师
Good background of electronic circuits, solid state physics and high speed circuit
Familiar with common AC/DC measurements and characterization instruments
Knowledge of ESD, EOS, HTOL and semiconductor reliability
Good team working spirit and engineering discipline
MS in EE or relevant areas, or BS with 2+ years experience
7. System engineer (Sr. & entry level) IC 系统工程师
Good understanding of electrical circuits and systems
Familiar with some communications and/or video system protocols
Capable of developing prototyping system at both hardware and software levels
Having good knowledge in FPGA and MCU applications
Circuit or semiconductor background is a plus.
MS in EE or CS, or BS with 2+ years experience
8. System Qualification engineer (Sr. & entry level) IC 系统质量工程师
Good understanding of system qualification and its importance in semiconductor
products
Good background of PC systems, software development, hardware validation
Solid engineering discipline and altitude
Experiences with video products, high speed interfaces, GPU firmware, Windows
systems are a plus.

9. Application Engineers (Sr. & entry levels) 应用工程师
Descriptions:
- Provides technical and application support for advanced display interface products
- Work independently on evaluation board design and development for high-speed
mixed-signal applications in PC and consumer electronics industry
- Support customers for system level debugging, to solve system level problems, and to speed
up customers’ product development cycles
- Draft user guides, applications notes and other technical documentations
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree major in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years working experience in hardware
development
- Having good knowledge of or experience in systems, and/or chips level design
- Familiar with PCB Layout procedures, system level testing & troubleshooting
- Experienced with various measurement techniques, and knowledge in digital display
interfaces such as LVDS, DVI, & HDMI
- Highly motivated individual, capable of working independently
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
