Membership in the Alliance of the American Dental
Association and your state (constituent) and local (component)
Alliances links you to a powerful partnership of people and
programs to help you. As spouses of dentists, we are faced with a
multitude of concerns, worries, and stress that seem to increase as
the day passes. As a member of AADA, we have an organization
that supports organized dentistry through our support of the
ADA, and we have a network of support by members who
understand and share concerns. We have the opportunity to be
involved in shaping the future of dentistry by our involvement in
dental health education and legislative efforts. Every member of
our organization is important and needed.
As spouses of dentists, we are an important member of the
dental family. Many of us are professionals in other fields of
endeavor, but we should always remember, for the profession of
dentistry to continue, we must all be involved. We must be a
working, caring, and effective tool to assist in the complex world
of dentistry. A family working together is always successful.
The AADA today has more than 8,000 members, 25
constituent (state) Alliances, and hundreds of component (local)
Alliances.
The Alliance of the Texas Dental Association is not a member of the Alliance of the American Dental
Association. Anyone desiring to affiliate with this organization may do so and become a member-at-large. Go to
