We will have registration at the Beach house on Maxi ( North end ), and then people are free to fish where
ever they want on Maxi - we have decided for safety reasons to keep the fishing on Maxi only, and then be
back for the fish measuring, raffles and food at 2 pm
Tournament Hours: 5:30am – 2 pm
*** as soon as you register, you can go fish!!!!!!

$25.00 per person Cash Only
*This gets you entered into the 6 categories of fish to be measured, ** 3 fish per category can be measured
per person.
Walleye, Bass, Perch, Pan fish ( bluegill, crappie, etc)
Cats & more ( pike, catfish, & carp .) Overall total length
* also gets you 5 raffle tickets for the prizes.

Payout: Based on amount of entry’s - 75% payback divided into the 6 categories:,
1st place 60%, 2nd place 40% of category purse * if a category isn’t caught then it rolls over to the other
categories.*
25% is used to pay for the Beach house and prizes ** Any monies left over go to the Indiana Walleye
operation funds.

RULES AND RULE CHANGES: These rules will remain unchanged unless otherwise notified at the of
registration. Interpretation of the rules will be to the discretion of the Tournament Director and the Rules
Committee. The rules and the interpretations of them will be final and not open to protest. Safety rules may
be changed at any time.
PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY: It is the contestant’s responsibility for knowing and abiding by
all IW, local and state regulations, which pertain to the IW tournament waters. Any person, ages up to 16
years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All contestants must posses a valid fishing
license for the waters fished. Indiana Walleye reserves the right to accept or reject any applications.
SPORTSMANSHIP: Entrants must conduct themselves in a true sportsman like manner at all times. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Courtesy and ethics of the highest standard are the norm, not the exception. Remember that
you not only represent yourselves, but all IW anglers and competitive fishing. Any rude or insulting type of
behavior will be subject to disqualification.
WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS: All contestants, in signing an entry form, agree to hold harmless any
and all promoters, tournament directors, agents, and organizations assisting the IW/Indiana Walleye.com.
in the tournament operation. Furthermore, all contestants agree to waiver all responsibility for death,
injuries, damage, liability, theft, fire or loss of any kind to entrants. I have read, and understand the above
rules, and by signing the entry form is in fact signing a waiver form. No unsigned entry will be processed
for competition.
