Greetings to Members and Friends of the Tulsa Cherokee Community Organization --
After weeks of struggle, it seems as though Spring is finally really trying to bring us
some warm sprinkles and spring flowers -- just in time for our April meeting. That
meeting will be held Tuesday evening April 6, 2010.
Feature of the evening will be a 1-1/2 hour video documentary concerning the Trail of
Tears. Spring is a time for new hope and rejoicing -- but also a time for remembering.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at our NEW (old) LOCATION -- the 5th and Hudson
Community of Christ Church -- 510 South Hudson Ave. Hudson is close to the midpoint
between Yale and Sheridan and the Church building is just a block south of East 4th
Street.
