Logistical and Other Information
Rooms for panels will be set-up in a traditional panel style with a front table, podium,
and audience seating unless otherwise specified. Do you have any requests related to
room set-up?

SDS provides for each panel: microphones, 1 (one) LCD projector, screen, power
source, cables, and non-dedicated, WIFI Internet access (i.e. not functional for
audio/video download reliably). SDS does not provide computers, overhead projectors,
or other audio/visual equipment as a matter of course. Do you have A/V requests
beyond these standard provisions?
