Ballarat & Clarendon College - Sturt St, Ballarat
Distances: - 7 to 9 year olds - 50m swim, 1.5km cycle, & 500m run
- 10 to 15 year olds - 100m swim, 2.0km cycle, & 800m run.
Entry Fee: - $23.00 (less $3 for Triathlon Victoria Members)
Competitors receive – Race Swim Cap, MARS Mini Triathlon Finishers Medallion

In consideration of my entry I, my heirs, executors and administrators release and forever discharge Triathlon
Victoria,Ballarat Triathlon club VIS, Victoria Police, Local Councils & Vic Roads, Parks Victoria, it's servants,
agents or subcontractors, instrumentalities and all voluntary community groups and organizations assisting
these events, all sponsors, producers, their agents and representatives of all liabilities, claims damages or cost
which I may have against them arising out of, or, in any way connected with my participation in the event. I
understand this waiver includes claims based on negligence, action, or inaction of any of the above parties. I
recognize the difficulties of these events and declare that I am physically fit and able to compete safely, and my
physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I consent to receive medical treatment which
may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident or illness. I hereby agree that in the event of race
cancellation due to storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, or any other unforeseeable conditions; I will not be
compensated for any expenses incurred in attending this day. I have carefully read this entry form and agree to
abide by all rules and directions of all race officials on the day
