11:30am-11:55pm:          How to Avoid Common Causes of Exhaustion in an Endurance Race
                          Learn about heat exhaustion, dehydration, and exercise associated with collapse and
                          how to prevent these common causes of exhaustion in an endurance race.

12:00pm-12:45pm:          Course Talk & Overview of USA Triathlon (USAT) Rules
                          Operations Manager for TriRock will go over the course and answer any questions that
                          you have. Experienced Triathlete will go over all the USAT Rules that apply to Sunday’s
                          race.

                          Learn the basics of doing your first triathlon. Learn what to bring, how to set up your
                          transition area and get tips on swimming, biking and running!

2:00pm-2:45pm:            Train Smarter, Not Harder!
                          Learn from experienced athletes and coaches about how to train for your next triathlon.
                          Find out how to train and perform your best for each discipline of triathlon.

                          Swim Speaker:        RJ Snyder – Age Group & YMCA National Level Swim Coach, RJ
                                               has successfully coached swimmers from beginners to national
                                               championship caliber athletes.

                          Bike Speaker:        Lars Finanger- Top 100 finisher at The Ironman World
                                               Championships.

                          Run Speaker:                 Catharine Ryun:
                                               Running since she could walk, Catharine was born to run. A
                                               counselor at the Jim Ryun Running Camp and 8 year seasoned
                                               triathlete, Catherine could even give elite runners some tips.

                                               Jennifer Nanista – Coached Track & Field and Cross Country at
                                               San Diego State University for 16 years. While there, Jennifer
                                               produced numerous Conference Champions, NCAA Regional and
                                               National Qualifiers, Olympic Trials Qualifiers, USAT&F National
                                               Qualifiers and USA Team Members.

3:00pm-3:45pm:     Triathlon 101
                   Tri Club San Diego Member and experienced Triathlete, Steve Talley covers the basics of
                   doing your first triathlon. Learn what to bring, how to set up your transition area and get tips on
