By Desktop Email Application Recommended
When you click an email-based submit button in a PDF form, you have the option to
submit the form data with your preferred desktop email application.
1. Click the submit or return form button on the PDF form.
2. In the Select Email Client dialog box, select Desktop Email Application; then
click OK. Your default email application displays a new email message with the
To, Subject, Body and Attachment fields automatically filled in.
3. Send the Email.
By Internet Web Based Email
When you click an email-based submit button in a PDF form, you have the option to
submit the form data with a web-based email service such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo
Mail etc.
1. Click the submit or return form button on the PDF form.
(fig 1.1) 2. In the Select Email Client dialog box, select Internet Email; then click OK.
3. Click Save PDF File or Save Data File, specify a location for the file and click Save.
4. Log in to your web-based email service and create a new, blank email message.
5. In the Sending The PDF File dialog box in Acrobat, copy the text in the To box.
6. In the blank email message, paste the copied text into the To box. Repeat the
process for the Subject and Message Text boxes.
7. Attach the file that you saved to the email message.
Other
When you click an email-based submit button in a PDF form, you have the option of
not submitting the form data, but instead saving it on your computer to send at a later
time.
1. Click the submit or return form button on the PDF form.
2. In the Select Email Client dialog box, select Other and then click OK.
3. Click Save PDF File or Save Data File, specify a location for the file and click Save.
4. Write down the values that appear in the To, Subject and Message Text
boxes so you'll have them when you're ready to email the form data.
5. To email the form data, create a new message in your email application.
Enter the To, Subject and Message Text values that you wrote down,
attach the data file that you saved and send the email.
Press Alt + F4 to Cancel.

Printing Filled Form
After completing the form click Print Form button and the below shown window will appear (fig 1.2)

window and press OK.

Campaigns. We will provide you an Email Marketing Account to manage and track your Email Campaigns on
the basis of your selected plan.

• For every email message sent in connection with the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Avalon Solution may keep a
copy of your Email for any legal or quality assurance purposes.
• You agree to import, access or otherwise use only permission based lists for which all listed recipients have consented to
receive email correspondence from you in connection with your use of the Service.
• Avalon Solution does not rent, sell or otherwise share our lists or those of our customers, and we do not allow any Avalon
customer to rent or purchase lists and send to them using the Avalon Solution Email Marketing network.
• You agree that not all email messages sent through the Service will be received by their intended recipients.
• Every email message sent by you in connection with the Service must contain the "unsubscribe" link that allows the recipient
to remove themselves from your mailing list.
• Under the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for maintaining and honoring the list
of unsubscribe requests.
• You acknowledge and agree that you are the sole or designated "Sender" of any email message sent by you using the Service.
• You agree that the "From" line of any email message sent by you using the Service will accurately and in a non-deceptive
manner identify your company, your product or your service.
• You agree that the "Subject" line of any email message sent by you using the Service will not contain any deceptive or
misleading content regarding the overall subject matter of the email message.
• In your use of the Service, you agree to represent you or your organization accurately and will not impersonate any other

• You are responsible for ensuring that your emails do not generate a number of spam complaints in excess of industry norms.
• You will be required to submit payment in advance for the Email Marketing Services. The Service will be based on the Email
Marketing Plan subscribed by you. If you have subscribed for the Basic or Advanced Plan, you will be required to submit
monthly payment in advance. Access to your account will be disabled until payment is received.
• If you subscribed for the Basic or Advanced Plan and you have provided your credit card for payment, you hereby authorize
Avalon Solution to charge your credit card for such amounts on a regular monthly basis.
• Amounts paid for the Service, including prepayments, are not refundable.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, email templates, lists and files.
Termination
Avalon Solution may terminate this Agreement or the Service, disable your account or put your account on hold, in each case at
any time with or without cause and with or without notice. Avalon Solution shall have no liability to you or any third party
because of such termination or action.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Avalon Solution, its affiliates, parents, and their respective officers, directors,
employees, agents, licensors, representatives and third party providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs,
including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement by you.
Disclaimer
The Service and its materials are provided on an "As Is” and “As Available" basis without warranties of any kind. Avalon Solution
makes no representation or warranties regarding the accuracy, correctness, completeness, suitability, availability or operation of
