Door Prize
Draws add an element of anticipation to the Exhibition and
increase traffic flow to the Trade Show. This year CAOT will
draw for prizes during the Friday lunch break, from noon –
1:00 pm. Please fill out this form to indicate that you would
like to participate by providing a door prize. Door prizes will be
picked up in the exhibit hall. Please do not send them to the
CAOT office.
