                              TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   1. PACKAGES

            a. Php 130 Package
               one (1) main dish, two (2) cups of rice and one (1) bottle of mineral water
            b. Php 150 Package
               one (1) main dish, two (2) cups of rice, one (1) side dish, one (1) bottle of mineral water
               and one (1) dessert

   2. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

            a. Orders must be made at least five (5) days prior to the date of the event.
            b. Crew Meals To Go shall only prepare food and utensils exactly as ordered.
            c. Fifty percent (50%) down payment shall be paid upon confirmation of order and the
               remaining balance shall be made upon delivery of the meals.
            d. Any additional ordered must be made within two (2) days prior to the date of the event.
            e. Upon confirmation and payment of the initial deposit, no reduction of the meals ordered
               can be made.
            f. All agreements are considered to be tentative absence of any down-payment.
            g. A minimum order of fifteen (15) crew meals per delivery which must consist of the same
               main dish, side dish, or dessert.

   3. DELIVERY

            a. Deliveries within the cities of Caloocan, Manila, Marikina, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Quezon,
               San Juan will be for free.
            b. Deliveries within the cities of Makati, Alabang, Fil-invest, Las Pinas, Paranaque will be
               charged Php 250.00 per delivery.
            c. Crew Meals to Go does not cater to events outside Metro Manila.



   4. WARRANTY

            a. The food should be consumed not more than an hour from requested delivery time to
               avoid spoilage. The client shall be liable for any spoilage of food due to delay in serving
               time upon the client’s instruction.
            b. Client shall be solely responsible for securing all the necessary permit, gate passes,
               authorizations and clearances necessary for Crew Meals to Go to deliver the ordered
               meals on time.
            c. Client shall appoint a representative who shall inspect, receive and certify that all
               equipment and food delivered to the venue are complete and in good condition.

   5. CANCELLATION

            a. Client agrees that should this contract be cancelled at his or her request or for any
               reason whatsoever, the down payment shall be forfeited as penalty and the remaining
               balance shall be paid in full.
