Max Burger-Calderon Managing Partner at Apax Partners A graduate in economics from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, Max Burger- Calderon also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He began his career at Dresdner Bank in Singapore and later joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Munich. After leaving BCG, he managed the successful turnaround of a family-owned tobacco company. In 1986, he co-founded CFP - Corporate Finance Partners AG with Michael Hinderer in Zurich. CFP became a member of the Apax Partners Group in 1989.
