Important Information:

     1. Make sure that Mrs. McGowan who is nurse on trip has doctor’s note to release her to
        give out medications.
     2. Make sure that you have a photo ID for aiport. You will not get on plane without some
        sort of ID (student ID for those under 18, and license or Passport ID for everybody else)

MORT Behavior guidelines

     1. Behave like your grandmother is there with you (Dean Kamen)
     2. Active Harassment, theft or damage will be reported to parents
     3. Students are responsible for any damage to hotel rooms. Parents will have
        to provide credit card with phone if necessary. Any debt incurred to MORT
        will have to be repaid upon graduation for seniors or as a year-end debt
        without report card.
     4. No alchohol, illegal drug or substance abuse will be tolerated. It will be
        handed to local authorities and hotel security.
     5. All MORT team members must be present for all MORT practice rounds,
        qualification rounds, and championship rounds as well as closing
        ceremonies where we will sit as team till finished
     6. No one is allowed to move to any venue not included in MORT schedule
        without parent or adult with them. No one is allowed to be away from
        team without a chaperone, Project Manager, Technical Manager’s
     7. All lates to any event will be reported as Administrative Detentions when
        we get back
     8. There will be 20,000 students and mentors at the Festival and it is expected
        to use “Gracious Professionalism” during the stay.
     9. No one is allowed in other rooms without tenants permission. If somebody
        does not want you there you leave.
     10.All rooms during meetings that become coed must have door open at all
     11.All must be in assigned room at 11 pm each night and cannot switch.
