Here is one program structure we have used effectively in a few churches. Basically all kids start with
worship and then take turns at a craft station and story station. This takes the heat off each adult helper
having to prepare everything, every week. It also gives you an opportunity to bring in “craft” people, story
tellers and worship helpers on a rotating basis and the small group leader has more time to work on
relationships with the kids….
