Initial list of schools selected for the 2011 NAEP sample sent to DACs for changes/updates.

Corrected list returned to Michele Sonnenfeld, Florida’s NAEP State Coordinator. May 2010

DACs and Superintendents receive a list of school assessment dates and types of assessment. July 2010

DACs send notification letters to principals of schools selected for the NAEP 2011 sample.

Principals place NAEP assessment date on their school's calendar.

DACs receive folder for each school in the sample. Must personalize Principal Letter for inclusion

in folders prior to their being mailed to the schools. Letter is posted at mid-September 2010

Michele meets with DACs who have schools in the NAEP 2011 sample, via WebEx. mid-September 2010
