Supervised and managed production requirements and client relations and had
bottom line responsibility for accounts valued at up to fifteen million dollars per year
for a fifty million dollar a year architectural millwork firm involved primarily in the
manufacturing of retail store fixtures.
Managed a team of up to twelve people directly and up to thirty five people overall.
Duties included estimating, costing, production scheduling, supply chain
management, including the procurement and shipping of metal components from
offshore suppliers, inventory management, design, drafting and engineering
oversight, quality control oversight, vendor development, selection and performance
oversight, management of in-house production staff on a per project basis, creation
and monitoring of sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing pertinent to each
project, and all matters relating to client contact and satisfaction.
