PARADE RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Contact Person listed above is responsible for Checking in on the day of the event.

2. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or chaperone.

3. Parents should pre-arrange a pick-up/meeting place incase of separation during the event.

4. Participants need to TOSS candy lightly so it lands on the street in front of spectators.

5. Entries with animals MUST provide their own “Pooper Scoopers” for the duration of the event.

6. Entries with Motorized Vehicles must provide a copy of their liability insurance with application.

7. Entries with animals must provide a copy of their liability insurance with application.

8. Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who appear to be will be asked to leave.

9. Clothing, floats, signage or anything else with a message must be appropriate and inoffensive.

10. There are no refunds for inclimate weather.



If all rules and regulations are not followed the Family Fun Days Coordinator, the Teddy Bear

Parade Committee Chairs or members of the Teddy Bear Parade Committee have the right to ask,

and expect, vendor to vacate the premises immediately without refund.

PARADE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Deadline is May 1 st, 2009. Applications will be accepted all the way up to

parade day on May 9th, however applications received after the deadline will result in those

entries being added to the end of the parade line-up.



All registrants will receive confirmation through e-mail when your application has been approved.

Parade set-up begins at 8:30 a.m. and the Check-In Booth will be at Liberty Plaza on Main Street,

near the Clackamas County Courthouse, in downtown Oregon City. Parade starts at 10:30 a.m.
