Compliance with the pfd levels in Recommendation 608 (Rev. WRC-07)
The seventh Resolution 609 (Rev.WRC-07) Consultation Meeting discussed “check the
pfd recommended limit per satellite in recommendation 608. If one satellite
characteristics data provided to the CM is exceeding this limit then the administration is
urged to take any appropriate action to reduce the emission power to comply with the
recommended limit.” as recorded in 11. of the Record of Decisions Taken at the
Seventh Resolution 609 (Rev. WRC-07) Consultation Meeting (Toulouse, 23-25 June
2010).
Together with the separated Japanese contribution about the revision to ToR, Japan
provides its examination on the pfd compliance using the submission date to Res 609
Forum.
