  TO TENANT LINE UP AT VALLEY CENTERTAINMENT, SHEFFIELD

Legal & General Property (“LGP” / the “Company”), announces that it has secured
lettings to Pizza Express and the Handmade Burger Company, at Valley
Centertainment, Sheffield, its vibrant leisure park located just five miles from
Sheffield City Centre.

The popular, family friendly restaurant chains have taken two adjacent units on
the scheme each comprising 3,100 sq ft..


The space was previously occupied as a single unit and traded as Old Orleans,
prior to its move into receivership as a result of the demise of its parent company,
Regent Inns. Following receipt of vacant possession, LGP successfully secured
planning consent to subdivide the premises into two new smaller units, creating
additional jobs in the area and food choices for visitors to the park.


Boasting more than 40 varieties of delicious burgers made from scratch in each
restaurant every day, the letting to Handmade Burger Company represents the
ninth addition to the UK based restaurant chain’s portfolio. Both Pizza Express
and Handmade Burger Company are currently fitting out their premises and are

due to open on Sunday 8 May and Thursday 12 May.


Located in a prominent position fronting Sheffield’s outer ring road, Valley

Centertainment attracts over 1.5m visitors a year and currently boasts the 3 best
performing cinema in the Cineworld portfolio. Built in 1998, the modern leisure
scheme is home to a 20-screen Cineworld multiplex cinema, a bowling alley and
11 restaurant operators, including Nandos, Prezzo, Chiquito and Frankie &
Benny’s.
