Weekly homework will include practicing addition and subtraction math facts!
Make flash cards or play math fact games with your child. The students will learn several
math facts games linked to the Parkwood website that they can practice at home. Please
make it fun and be consistent. Please call me if you need ideas or help in order to do
this.
If your child has mastered their addition and subtraction facts, he/she may take home
multiplication and division facts. Multiplication facts are not considered part of the third
grade curriculum, although some students are proficient with multiplication by the end of
third grade.
