Terms & Condition

1. The Contract



1.1 These Terms constitute the contract between the Employment Business and the Client for the supply

of the :

1 Window cleaning 3 Garden servives

by the Employment Business to the Client.



2. Charges



2.1 The Client agrees to pay

2.2 Charges Review – The Client will be notified 14 days prior to any changes to our charges (written or

verbally)

2.3 The Client must notify the commission at least 7 days before.



3. Payment



3.1 All sums must be paid within 7 days from date of invoice.

3.2 Form of the payment accepted:

- Cash

- Cheque

- Electronic transfer ( name and invoice number must be provided )

3.3 If an invoice is not paid within the above terms, interest will be charged on a daily basis at 10 % from

21 days until the debt is paid in full.

3.4 If you fail to settle the payment within 35 days, we suspend our services until paid in full.

4. Insurance



4.1 Our firm is insured and in the case of damages, thru fault of EMS Cleaning Services, we have the right

to cover the costs of repairs.



5. Termination



5.1 In the case of termination of our services, we would ask for this to be given verbally or in writing, 14

days prior to the next schedule of our services.



6. Holidays



6.1 Our services may be brought forward by a week or delayed by a week

6.2 If you want to stop the services provided by EMS Cleaning Services for the duration of your absence,

please notify the EMS Cleaning Services at least 2 weeks before the date of suspension.



If you do not inform EMS Cleaning Services of your absence, what would prevent us to make our work

(e.g. house cleaning, window cleaning outside and inside), we reserve the right to 100% from the sum

contracted for the service, to cover all the costs to us in such a situation



7. Weather Conditions



81. Adverse Weather Conditions (e.g. window cleaning, garden services) – this may result in the

being delayed



8. Other



EMS Cleaning Services will be closed for business between 24th December and 2nd January inclusive.
