5. Copy the data that has been collected to the administrative machine from
the disk using the <COPY DATA FROM ZIP DISK> function on the

NOTE: Before entering pathology data on an administrative machine make
sure:
 The data being collected on a pathology machine is copied back
           onto the administrative machine.
 The study is deleted from the Pathology workstation.
 ALWAYS utilize one and only one zip disk for each study. The zip disk
may be reused throughout the study.
 As a precaution, you can use the <Export Study> function to save a study’s
information to a zip disk before deleting a study from the system.
 ALWAYS upgrade all LDASII Workstations at the same time when an
  upgrade has been issued.
 NEVER attempt to remove a zip disk from the machine while data is being
copied to or from the zip disk.
 ALWAYS allow the screens to fully load before initiating LDASII functions.
 ALWAYS shutdown the LDASII machine by using the <Shutdown System>
function on the LDASII menu. NEVER turn off the machine by pressing the
  power button.
