When to Process: When the bubble turns yellow within your column you will action the MA.



Where and How to Process: In the MA Tracking Manager, bring the MA Record up (double click the

MA Number), open the Coordination Tab, click “Edit” at bottom of Coordination Tab and from your

appropriate organization at the top, select appropriate color via menu bar (Green: Approved, Red:

Disapproved, and Blue: Working). Type in any coordination comments desired under remarks. If,

further clarification is required indicate the specific question within the remarks portion of the

Coordination Tab and leave the bubble Blue.



Action after Approval/Disapproval/Request for Clarification: Send broadcast message to selected

users in DDASS and Attach message of approval/disapproval, RFF and or Order to MA Record.

bar (Green: Order has been approved and sent and Blue: Working). Type in any coordination

Mission Tracking

Updates Task and Funds Status



Task Status: The C2 unit will update the percent of task completed in the “MA Tracking Manager” or

“DCE Coordination Manager”, bring the MA Record up (double click the MA Number), open the

Tasking Tab, update the percent of task completed. The following color code will be utilized for the

bubble: Green: Mission On-Going; Blue: Waiting for Sourced Unit; Red: Mission Stopped and

Assistance is Requested; and Black: Mission Complete.



Funding Status: The C2 unit will update the percent of obligated funds in the MA Manager or DCE

Coordination Manager, bring the MA Record up (double click the MA Number), open the Funds Tab,

update the dollar amount obligated. The system will automatically change color as the amount

obligated nears the amount allocated. The following color code will be utilized for the bubble: Green:

14 Days till Expected Mission Completion Date;

Yellow: 7-13 Days till Expected Mission Completion Date: Red: < 6 Days till Expected Mission

Completion Date; and Black: Mission Complete.
