24. What features of the course were strengths which should be repeated in future classes?
A. Doing a brief review, many people in class have attended Mandt before and a review would be welcomed

25. What features were redundant, or could be left out?
A. Instead of changing class times(mandatory)9-4:30 then the remainder of the week 8-5, be consistent

26. How can the course be improved?
A Class should begin at 8-4. Breaks should be 15 min in the am and 15 min in the pm. Lunch should be 45 min. The constant "drilling"
becomes ineffective there by causing the subject to be less productive and cause a decrease in attention span

C The people staff who work with the units should take this course

27. Additional comments:
A. The material is extremely important and I feel that too much material especially the assists, separations and technical is being squeezed into 5 days
My suggestion is to add 2 more days for practice and the remaining 3 days for Advance training.
Another suggestion: Room accommodations can be improved especially when performing skills. AC would go off and on. Also coffee, water, soda should be available
all day not just at lunch

H This is probably the best training I have had in my entire career as a nurse. By the time I finished the course I wanted to start over again with day one
to hear it again. The trainer, Randel, was inspiring. You should not leave this course to be trained by the people in the organization we have too many
other responsibilities to distract us to do this training justice) Hire more Mandt specialist come to our organizations to do the training. Thank you. Thank You.
I It would have been helpful for me to have some of the physical skills mixed in with classroom information. The ball and the square exercises were
wonderful. We really did learn our classmates names and worked as a team.
