1. Fullmoon DJ (FM) will not be held liable for non-performance due to the following reasons: a)improper directions supplied by
contractor; b)no access to performance area at least one hour before scheduled start time; c) by act of God, or for reasons beyond
human control (natural catastrophe, power outage, accident, theft, etc.) Should any of these situations arise preventing FM for
performing it's contracted task, the amount of refund will be up to FULMOON DJ (FM) solely.
2. FM requires a $100 deposit in the form of personal check, cashiers check or money order, made payable to FULLMOON DJ.
Send in with completed contract to: Ernesto Ocampo, 6452 DuSault Dr., San Jose, CA 95119.
3. FM will not reserve any date for more than ten days without deposit.
4.Contractor agrees to pay total contracted amount (less deposit) by the conclusion of performance or anytime before.
5.If contractor wishes FM to perform beyond the hours agreed above, contractor agrees to pay overtime rate of $100 per hour at the
beginning ofr each additional hour.
6.Contractor will provide a map showing as accurately as possible, the location of function. 7. Contractor will provide access to
performance area at least one (10 hour before scheduled start time.
8. FM must receive a 30-day notice for any cancellation. If a 30-day notice is not received and FM is unable to book for that
particular date, contractor will forfeit total amount of deposit.
9.If legal action is necessary to enforce terms of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney's fees in addition to
any other relief to which that party is entitled.
