Event Summary:                 Indulgence is Georgia Chapter of Meeting Professional International’s
                               inaugural food and beverage showcase. This elegant evening will highlight
                               Atlanta’s finest restaurant and catering options, entertainment, industry
                               networking, and an exciting multi-phase silent auction. Indulgence is an event
                               eagerly anticipated by GaMPI members and other event/hospitality
                               professionals.

Expected Attendance:           Estimated 150-200 guests

Catering Specifications:
Indulgence will be an opportunity for up to 20 of the city’s top caterers and restaurants to display their latest
and greatest culinary delights. The event will take place in the Champagne Ballroom, and each exhibitor will
have a 6ft. table and an area of approximately 10 square feet in which to display their culinary items.
Signage identifying each exhibitor will be provided by GaMPI. Selection to participate in Indulgence will be
based on several factors such as menu selection, variety of cuisine and restaurant ability to accommodate
groups. The Indulgence Committee will select all participants by February 1st.

Food Guidelines:
Exhibitors may provide any variety of food items with appropriate servings for the crowd of 150-200 guests.
One item will be officially judged and MUST include chocolate. This does not necessarily need to be a
dessert item! Judging will be based on creativity, flavor and presentation. Guests will enjoy a sampling of
food from each exhibitor while also enjoying an open bar, live jazz and a silent auction. At the end of the
evening, judges will name one exhibitor the winner of the chocolate competition.

In your exhibitor proposal, please include a detailed response to the following:

      Company profile
      Load-in requirements (truck or van)
      Menu description (enough for 150-200 guests)
      Chocolate item description for judging
      Staff names that will be stationed at exhibitor booth
      Chef name
      Take-away item (optional)
