Review of Minutes:
The minutes from the December 2007 meeting stand approved.
Student Representative: The student representative assigned to the Committee totally
backed out. The ASWOU president is looking into finding a replacement.
Energy Update: Tom has been matching up bills with the meters. He started with the water
meters. A possible double billing was found, so they are checking into that. They are
checking meters to see which buildings hog the most energy so they can focus their energies
there. After they are done with the water meters, they will check the gas, then electric meters.
Building Inspection Notes:
Most things noted were sidewalks which are already on the punch list to be repaired as
money becomes available.
Landers Pod 5, west side, large tree pot broken.

Extension cords being using in place of power strips.
Holes in the walls or ceilings larger than 2”.
Power strips “piggy-backed” in NPE.
A ladder blocking the fire control panel at the Stadium.
Sidewalk side note: The Grounds crew is having a contractor come in on Monday, January
21, to grind the sidewalk by Education to eliminate the trip hazard there. They have a bigger
grinder, and are coming in doing the work for free.
