Terms & Conditions
1. "Multimedia" means all media material furnished by or on behalf of TD hereunder, whether
transparencies, negatives, prints, digital images, or otherwise.
2. All photographs/logos and copyrights associated therewith shall remain the exclusive property of TD Bank
or if applicable its licensor.
3. You acquire only the rights specified here and assumes insurer's liability to (a) indemnify photographer
and/or TD Bank for any loss, or damage arising from your use or misuse of any Multimedia provided by TD
Bank.
4. You will not make or permit any alteration, additions or subtractions in respect of the Multimedia including
without limitation any digitalization or synthesization of the Multimedia, alone or with any other material, by
use of computer or with other electronic means now or hereafter known without the written consent of TD
Bank being first obtained in each instance.
5. TD Bank’s copyright notice must accompany each use as an adjacent credit line.
6. Internet usage of images must accompany in each use TD Bank’s name or logo or an adjacent credit line.
7. You may not assign or transfer any rights granted to you by TD Bank hereunder.
8. Lost or damaged transparencies are subject to a $500 fee per transparency.
9. Please note that only journalists and independent producers will be allowed to order materials from the
