Resident Concerns/Issues/Outreach: (i.e. roommate conflicts, eating disorders, homesickness,
depression/ signs of suicide, AOD abuse issues, isolation, and/or conversations with isolated
residents, feedback from residents on Porter, efforts to engage residents in leadership roles, etc.)
Summarize interaction/issue and proposed response. Notify CRE immediately on significant
concerns.
Community Concerns: (i.e. lots of trash in hall, noise problems, filing of an incident report)
Summarize concern and proposed response. Is there anything you need the proctors to know?
Programming: (i.e. programs done this week or in the works, what area of programming they fulfill,
etc.) Bring program files to discuss.
Housing concerns/issues: (resident concerns, new or moving residents, questions for Housing
Coordinator.)
Team building: (i.e. anything you have done to improve the team work of your fellow coworkers,
any concerns, any collaborations, etc.)
How have you incorporated multiculturalism/diversity into your community building or daily life?
(i.e. educational bulletin board, attended a workshop, confronted an “ism” in the hall, had a
discussion, saw a movie on in class, visited a resource center, read an article, made a referral, etc.)
