• From a regionally-accredited college or

university

Up to twenty-five percent of units may cover

school-age content

• Programs/curriculum

All core courses must be at least three semester

or four quarter units

• From a regionally-accredited college or

university

• Completed with a grade of “C” or higher

clarification or notifies the

program and college president

has been completed by providing a

signed Verification of Completion form

with each application

• Applications can be submitted to CTC

by the approved program, CDTC or the

– Personal Information

– Permit Level

– Character and Fitness Questions

acceptable, using form 41-LS

• Make sure “FIRST TIME” box on form

41-4 is checked

• Form 41-4 incorporates all character
