MONTEREY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

a. Approve and authorize the Health Department Budget                     )
Unit 413 to accept the Central Coast Alliance for Health                  )
Quality Based Incentive in the amount of $228,227;                        )
b. Approve and authorize the Health Department Budget                     )
Unit 413 to accept the Healthy Families Risk Pool                         )
Settlement in the amount of $179,473; and                                 )
c. Direct the County Administrative Office and the                        )
Auditor-Controller’s Office to amend the FY 2008-09                       )
Health Department Clinic Services Budget Unit 413 to                      )
increase revenue and appropriations by $357,700, as                       )
outlined in the Board Order. (4/5th vote required)                        )

Upon motion of Supervisor ________________, seconded by Supervisor ________________,
and carried by those members present, the Board of Supervisors hereby:

a. Approves and authorizes the Health Department Budget Unit 413 to accept the Central Coast
   Alliance for Health Quality Based Incentive in the amount of $228,227;
b. Approves and authorizes the Health Department Budget Unit 413 to accept the Healthy
   Families Risk Pool Settlement in the amount of $179,473; and
c. Directs the County Administrative Office and the Auditor-Controller’s Office to amend the
   FY 2008-09 Health Department Clinic Services Budget Unit 413 to increase revenue and
   appropriations by $357,700, as follows:
