5. Scope of Authority
Class B – Non-ambulatory wheelchair persons and very occasionally people of
an ambulatory nature between all points and places in Cascade County.
10. Limitations
The transportation of ambulatory persons shall be limited to those persons
whose origination or termination is at least ten (10) miles outside of Great Falls,
Montana.
15. Application of Fares
a. Fares will be paid in American currency.
b. Published fares named here will apply from and to intermediate points.
c. Mileage charge will start at point of pickup.
d. Waiting time: the first 15 minutes are not charged to the customer.
Additional wait time is charged in 15 minute increments or fraction
thereof.
20. Dates of Sale
Fares will be sold Monday through Friday during business hours 8:00 am to 4:30
pm. Additional operations that are scheduled in advance may be provided after
hours.
25. Fares
Fares and names will be recorded along with destinations and times of departure
and arrival.
30. Claims
The carrier will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, poor
road conditions, snow storms, and other conditions beyond its control; and does
not guarantee to arrive or depart from any point at a specific time. The
appointment times will be adhered to but will not be guaranteed.
35. Objectionable Passengers
The carrier reserves the right to refuse transport to persons under the influence
of intoxicating substances, including alcohol and drugs; or are incapable of taking
care of themselves, or whose condition, conduct or behavior may be
objectionable to other passengers.

40. Animals
Dogs, cats, and other live animals or birds will not be carried, except for dogs
used in assisting with daily living tasks.
45. Baggage
Each fare person may transport with him or her, personal belongings and
whatever is reasonable and proper for the occasion.
50. Points and Places of Departure and Arrival
Persons will be picked up from any point within our scope of authority, and taken
to any point within our scope of authority. We will also return for them and take
them back to their point of origin. Fares for this are explained on the Fares and
Charges sheet.
55. After hours and unscheduled transports
Normal operations are between 8am and 10pm. Off-hours transports and
transports scheduled less than six (6) hours will involve costs in addition to the
regular fare.

FARES AND CHARGES

Wheelchair van services
$48 Roundtrip for wheelchair confined consumers.
$36 One-way for wheelchair confined consumers.
$38 Roundtrip for non-wheelchair confined consumers.
$26 One-way for non-wheelchair confined consumers.
$1 Per mile rate for all transportation movements whose origination or termination
are outside the City of Great Falls after first ten (10) loaded miles for both ambulatory
and wheelchair confined consumers. Mileage is measured from origination point, is
(when less than 5 tenths) rounded down to the nearest whole number, and is rounded
up to nearest whole number when five tenths or greater. Mileage is calculated on a one-
way basis; i.e. mileage starts at zero for each leg of a round-trip.
$10 For each accompanying passenger / family member.
$15 for each 15 minute increment or fraction thereof of waiting time (after the first 15
minutes which are not charged)
$0 Personal belongings
$10 Additional charge for any unscheduled transport with less than six (6) hours
notice.
$20 Additional charge for any transport that takes place between 10 pm and 8 am.
Medicaid rates accepted with pre-approval and pre-authorization.
Payment due at time of pickup.
