Review CE Transcript
**Pop-ups must be enabled on this website in order to review the CE Transcript.
1. Open your internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Review your CE Transcript.” A side menu will appear. Slide your mouse
over “Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial
Institutions” and click. You will be taken to this page:

3. Enter your Last Name, License Number, and SSN. Click on the “Next” button, and you will be
taken to this screen:

4. Select the CE Period that you wish to review; your license type will be pre-populated. If you hold
multiple licenses, use the drop-down menu to select the license for which you want to review your
CE status. Click on the “View/Refresh Report” button. A new pop-up window will appear and your
transcript will look like this:
Maintain Course Offerings
1. Providers should open their internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Maintain Course Offerings.” A side menu will appear. Slide your mouse
over “Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial
Institutions” and click. You will be taken to this page:

3. Enter the Provider EIN, Provider ID, and Course ID. Click on the “Next” button, and you will be
taken to this screen:

4. If this is not the correct course, click on Revise Inquiry and re-enter the correct information on the
search screen. If this is the correct course for which you want to add an offering, move your
mouse over “Add New Offering.” The “Add New Offering” screen looks like this:

5. Enter the Address Information, along with the Begin Date and Time, and End Date and Time for
each offering that you want to add. Then click on the “Continue” button.
6. You will be taken to this screen:
Submit Course Completions
1. Providers should open their internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Submit Course Completions.” A side menu will appear. Slide your
mouse over “Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial
Institutions” and click. You will be taken to this page:

3. Enter the Provider EIN, Provider ID, Course ID, and Course Completion Date. Click on the “Next”
button, and you will be taken to this screen:

4. Move your mouse over “Offering ID” and click. You will be taken to this page:

5. Enter the SSNs of each student who successfully completed the class and click on the “Continue”
button at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to this screen:
6. If payment is required, you will be asked to enter credit card information to pay for services
rendered. Valid credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.
Consumer Inquiry
1. Open your internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Consumer Inquiry.” A side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over
“Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial Institutions”
and click. You will be taken to this page:

3. Enter at least two of the search criteria in the search box and click on the “Next” button. You
will be taken to this page:

4. Click on the name of the licensee whose record you wish to review. You will be taken to this
screen to review information about the licensee:

1. Open your internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Add Employee.” A side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over
“Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial Institutions”
and click. You will be taken to this page:

3. Enter the employer’s EIN, License Number, and Postal Code, and click on the “Next” button.
You will be taken to this screen:
4. Enter the employee’s Last Name, License Number, and SSN, and click on the “Next” button.

5. Using the drop-down menus, select the License Type, Association Type, and Position (if
applicable) of the employee, and enter the Begin Date of the employee’s association with the
Mortgage Banker or Mortgage Broker.

6. Click on the “Continue” button and you will be taken to the confirmation screen, which can be
printed for your records:
Terminate Employee
1. Open your internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Terminate Employee.” A side menu will appear. Slide your mouse
over “Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial
Institutions” and click. You will be taken to this page:

3. Enter the employer’s EIN, License Number, and Postal Code, and click on the “Next” button.
You will be taken to this screen:
4. Enter the employee’s Last Name, License Number, and SSN, and click on the “Next” button.

5. Click in the box next to the license association you wish to terminate. The End Date of the
association will automatically populate the field with today’s date. You will not be able to
change the End Date.

6. Click on the “Continue” button and you will be taken to the confirmation screen, which can be
printed for your records:
Change Your Address
1. Open your internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Change Your Address.” A side menu will appear. Slide your mouse
over “Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial
Institutions” and click. You will be taken to this page:

3. Click on the radio button next to the entity type (Business or Individual) to which the address
change applies. Individuals will need to enter Last Name, License Number, and SSN, as
shown in step 2. Businesses will need to enter EIN, License Number, and Postal Code, as
shown below.

4. When all of the required fields have been entered, click on the “Next” button. You will be taken
to this screen:

5. Enter the new address information, including the required fields, and click on the “Continue”
button. You will be taken to this screen:

6. Click on the “Continue” button. You will be taken to a page that indicates your request is being
processed. When the address change request has been processed, you will be taken to a
confirmation screen that looks like this:
Licensee Information Inquiry
1. Open your internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Licensee Information Inquiry.” A side menu will appear. Slide your
mouse over “Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial
Institutions” and click. You will be taken to this page:

3. Click on the radio button next to the entity type (Business or Individual) of the licensee you are
searching for. Individuals will need to enter Last Name, License Number, and SSN, as shown
in step 2. Businesses will need to enter EIN, License Number, and Postal Code, as shown
below.

4. When all of the required fields have been entered, click on the “Next” button. A pop-up window
will appear, which will provide you with the Licensee Information Inquiry. The inquiry looks like
this:
Approved Courses Inquiry
1. Open your internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Approved Courses Inquiry.” A side menu will appear. Slide your
mouse over “Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial
Institutions” and click. You will be taken to this page:

3. Use the selection criteria to identify courses that you are looking for and click on the
“View/Refresh Report” button.
4. A pop-up window will appear, which will provide you with the Approved Courses Inquiry.
Course Offerings Inquiry
1. Open your internet browser and go to www.pulseportal.com.
2. Move your mouse over “Course Offerings Inquiry.” A side menu will appear. Slide your mouse
over “Wisconsin,” and another side menu will appear. Slide your mouse over “Financial
Institutions” and click. You will be taken to this page:

5. Use the selection criteria to identify courses that you are looking for and click on the
“View/Refresh Report” button.
6. A pop-up window will appear, which will provide you with the Course Offerings Inquiry.
