StrengthSaturday 9:30am - YogaClass Descriptions 20/20/20 - 1 hour: sweat,
strengthen, and sculpt in one streamlined class; 20 minutes of high
intensity cardio, muscular strength, and sculpting abs. Lunchtime Boot Camp - 45 minutes: combine movements for muscular
strength, calisthenics, plyometrics, cardiovascular conditioning, and
interval training for a full body, high intensity and maximum calorie
burning workout.Lunchtime Yoga - 1 hour: an all level class
designed to rejuvenate and energize during the lunch hour.Power Pilates - 1 hour: take the execution of the primary exercises up
a notch; exercises are performed more quickly, and the transitions
between exercises are more fluid – previous pilates experience
recommended. Primary Pilates - 1 hour: focuses on learning
the basic principles and the "foundation" pilates exercises – great class
for individuals who are new to pilates.Strength Flow Yoga - 1
hour:Vinyasa style class with more emphasis on strength and a slightly
faster flow; postures may be more challenging but can be modified;
progression will be shown and restorative postures will be related to the
work done.Total Strength - 1 hour: a powerful, focused
workout devoted to developing muscular strength and endurance that will
reshape your body.Yoga - 1 hour: condition muscles, improves
flexibility, circulation and reduces stress in this all level class.
