Made people feel more secure socially

2. Public Assistance-Medicaid (Insurance)
-Food Stamps, W.I.C., housing, etc.

***All this paid for by taxing everybody a
small amount.
V. FDR helps Labor
Creates minimum wage
This was later shot down by Supreme
Court
He creates it again later and it sticks.
