MOO Scavenger Hunt Key

Go to the Silver Sea MOO at http://www.cwrl.utexas.edu. Log in as a guest, leaving the

password field blank.

A "guest preferences" dialog box should pop up. Enter your name using first name +

team number. For example, if your name is John and your team is #3, enter: John3

After you login, you will see a screen divided into two vertical panels and a navigation

bar across the top with blue buttons. There should be a text entry box in the lower left

corner. If nothing appears in the right panel, or what you expect to see does not appear,

hit the "look" button above. When in doubt, always hit "look."

Please find the following objects and note their location and/or information. Please

DON'T MOVE anything! When you find an object, you must communicate to each of

your teammates the location/information. The group that locates the most objects wins

the scavenger hunt. (Since you are only as strong as your weakest group member, be

sure to use "page" and "whisper" commands to communicate your finds to your

teammates.)
