Situate in the City of Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky, and beginning at a point in the west line of Russell Street
at a point 40 feet Northwardly from the northwest corner of Russell and Twentieth Street; thence Northwardly on the
west line of Russell Street 25 feet; thence at right angles Westwardly 120 feet to an alley; thence Southwardly on the
east line of said alley, 25 feet; thence at right angles Eastwardly and in a line parallel with Twentieth Street, 120 feet
to Russell Street and the place of beginning, being South 1/2 54 Howard.

Subject to conditions, covenants, restrictions, right of ways and easements in existence, including but not limited to those in prior instruments
of record; legal highways and zoning ordinances.

SAID PROPERTY SHALL BE SOLD SUBJECT TO REAL ESTATE TAXES DUE AND OWING FOR THE YEAR OF SALE AND THEREAFTER. UNPAID
