I am a light to the world. I am healthy, joyous and free.
I quiet my mind…my soul is illumined with the healing force of Spirit.
The energy of life, light and love fills me with a healing power.
As I breathe in, I pause…and in this sacred moment, I am healed.
I grow in Spirit as I allow healing to take place in my body and mind.
Every cell in my body radiates health and well-being…I am healthy.
I can be healed in an instant. I accept my healing with gratitude.
My good comes from within…I live my life as health, knowing it is my inheritance.
I am filled with enthusiasm. I allow Spirit to flow through me, to every cell of my body.
Love heals…I am loved and I am loving. Love radiates healing energy through my body.
Assurance is a gift of Spirit…knowing that the impossible is possible through faith,
courage and action.
I meditate. The possibility to connect with Spirit is an experience in unconditional love.
Love heals…Love prospers…and Love is peace.
Prayer and meditation allow health to be an inner spiritual journey.
I feel strengthened by the truth of Health as principle in body, mind and Spirit.
I have healing hands…a healing touch of kindness can bring love to the world.
