" National Community Empowerment Programs, Inc. FACTS Crime knows no boundaries, nor does it care about your race, religion, creed, color, gender or geographical region. Neither does NCEP. Therefore, NCEP goes anywhere crime goes. NCEP based our projections on:

. . . . . .

People everywhere are tired of crime Criminal activity and victimization trends keep climbing in areas that have never been touched before The more the population grows, the higher the crime rate rises The predators victimizing people today are using methods never heard of before Law enforcement throughout the country has a need for a strong working environment with people in all communities to stay abreast of the criminal activity There is a need to apply safety awareness and survival knowledge to children of all ages

Reported facts, approximately 850,000 children are reported missing to law enforcement evelY yew::4,600 abductions by non-family members, 300 of those abductions by non-family members the children were gone for long periods of time or were murdered; 354, 100 children abducted by family members and 450,700 children who ran away.
Why should you or your business sponsor a child safety program? Because you are showing the community you too are tired of crime and willing to do something about it. That allows NCEP to hang your banner, distribute your literature, and advertise your company nwne showing actual community involvement by sponsoring our safety programs. These safety programs are geared for children ages 2 years to 102 years of age. Remember, everyone is someone's child and crime can victimize you at any stage in life. We teach awareness such as what side of the street is safest to walk down and why. We explain how having a home alWTIlis only good if everyone in the family knows where to go or what to do when it goes off at night after waking all from their sleep. We discuss with you why you should NOT stop your paper or mail when you go on vacation. We have thousands of hours ofinfonnation. You can help us get it out to the community where it will make a difference. Please give us a call and let's get together to make a safer future for our children today!
