2008 Rotary Ribfest AirBand Competition
Be part of the show! Join in the 2008 Rotary Ribfest AirBand Competition. Here is how it works:
1) Register your group by completing this form and e-mailing it to rotaryairband@hotmail.com, faxing it to
519-836-8704 or dropping it off at Balnar Management 10 Suffolk Street in downtown Guelph.
2) You will be contacted by a member of the Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium with a performance confirmation
code and the time and day you will be performing.
3) Practice hard!
4) Register with the Rotary Ribfest AirBand Competition tent in the Ribfest Kids Area1 hour prior to your
performance time.
5) Rotary will supply 1 microphone, 2 electric guitars (unplugged) and a children’s sized drumset for the event.
If you require any other instruments or props, please provide them at your own risk and expense.
6) We will provide the song on the day of the event – you do not have to supply your own music.
7) Get dressed up and put on a show that all will remember!
8) Remember, this is AirBand and not karaoke, no singing talent is required!
9) Judging criteria: lyric synchronization, coordination, energy, outfit, dancing/movement, audience response.
10) All registration forms must be received no later than Wednesday August 20, 2008 at 12:00p.m.
