happens (e.g. the drop-down list is not shown or the box/button is highlighted).
Solution: Security settings in Excel may be set too high. Follow the steps below to check your
settings.

1. In Excel, go to the Tools menu, then Options.




2. Click on the Security tab and click on Macro Security at the bottom of the page.
3. This window will Macro security levels; if not already set at Medium, change the settings to Medium
and select OK to exit all windows. If already set at Medium (or Low), the error you are encountering
while using the spreadsheet is not related to the security settings.




4. Restart Excel. Click Enable Macros when prompted during restart.
