Participant List Instructions





Below are instructions to assist you in creating both Anticipated Participant Lists and Automated PIN Entry Participan

Format your list using the template on the first tab of this worksheet according to the following guidelines:





Enter your company name, reservation contact name and phone number. Also, enter the date of the call and reservation num

Below is an example of a template with sample data. You can use this template or the full template located in the 'Template

* Type the list in a 12-point sans serif font such as Arial

* Save the list in Microsoft Excel



* Separate first name, last name and company name into clearly labeled individual columns and rows with no punctuation and

please use City, State or Province, abbreviating the State or Province.

* Please provide us with the phonetic spelling of participants whose names may be difficult to pronounce in the first available
